My Story

Hi, I'm Felix and I want to share a bit of my journey with you. When I was a young teenager, my life changed forever. My dad was struck by bipolar disorder, and our world turned upside down.

He had to be sectioned, and at that point, everything became a whirlwind of uncertainty.
It was during this time that I discovered songwriting. It became my lifeline.
When my dad then went missing, writing songs was my way of coping, a way to understand the chaos around me, and a way to communicate my own feelings.

Through my music, I found solace, strength, and an avenue to express emotions that were otherwise hard to put into words. It was my therapy, my confidant, and my release.
Now, as an artist, my mission extends beyond my personal journey. I'm determined to shine a spotlight on mental health and mental illness, especially in men. I've witnessed firsthand the dangers of a society that often stifles men from discussing their emotions and seeking help. It's time for a change, and I want to be a part of that transformation.
